Project Manager

Kforce is seeking a Project Manager in Orlando, FL. This role involves leading the delivery of multiple projects, conducting cost-benefit analyses, reporting project status, and allocating resources. The Project Manager must effectively communicate technical components to relevant parties.

Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 6+ years of experience
• Must be self motivated, well organized and have strong innovation and facilitation skills
• Proven oral and written communication skills
• Excellent business presentation skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to interface effectively with all levels and across organizational lines, including the business units
• Ability to effectively utilize external vendors and resources throughout the organization
• Demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines
• Able to complete detailed project schedules, risk and issue articulation and mitigation as well as financial management and estimations
• Ability to manage scope
